I saw your note on Harp-l. What exactly are you looking for? It depends if you
are only in town a short while or do you live in, or near, Rockville. You can
find lots of blues acts at the DC Blues Society site www.dcblues.org they have
a list of bands. You can go to the band’s website and see their schedules. I
think the dc blues society site also has a calendar. If you are a harp player,
there is a listing of open mics/blues jams, etc. I like the jams at the Beach
Cove in Chesapeake Beach, the Zoo Bar in DC, and Chick Halls Surf Club in
Bladensburg.
